Day 15/16 - Ride n Storms n Forgotten Photos

It's Sunday and I'm looking forward to another week off. I'm a little upset that I'm only at 247 miles of riding with a planned 500 for the vacation... but I know for sure my body changed to muscular and slimmer during vacation and I'm less hungry with all of the riding! 

I can't believe I have ANOTHER week off... wow, how nice. So, I realized I missed some pics from the botanical gardens... Scotty here was trying to drive... without a seatbelt no less!

But then Scotty had a drink at lunch...

So now we move off the forgotten pics into Day 15... a ride for 41 miles with a group:

Then a date with the man at the Flying Sauce by Lake Ray Hubbard... his choice with a wonderful view of the lake... they have a bajillion beers...

Then, he was so sweet he took me to the bass pro shop to pick up his frog poppers for fishing the next day...

That's pretty funny...cuz I'd never been to naw bass pro shawp... all them there rednecks was cute, ya'll... so then we went down to the lake to see more crazy people during a major storm... 30 MPH winds, boats taking on water and people without life jackets. Madness... what's more romantic then ur man standing behind ya cause he says "I'll make sure you don't blow over"... damn thats hawt..

Ok, on to Day 16... Sunday and some chill day. I took the pooch for a walk (several miles) in humid ass weather... was sweaty as hell when it was over. so I text my friend who said "I love putting stuff together"... and she came to help. Today's piece is what appears to be a simple file cabinet... not, look at  the 4754 pieces to assemble... She's looking down like WTF... why did I volunteer to help?

When we got to this we were like... WOW.. um, huh? THANKS for marking the pieces... not

To pay her back, we went to my fav (at her request) Goodfriends... woot woot... oh shit... is that rain? Naw, that's MF pouring ass power is out thunder, lightening and oh shit.

But who cares... food is the bomb

Damn some fried green beans!

Look at her trying to hide... really? Stop it! She doesn't want you to know she loves to assemble furniture... and she digs sweet potato fries...
